Common questions

My crystals or high score disappeared.
Progress is saved locally on your device. Deleting and reinstalling the app, or resetting the device, will clear it. If something looks wrong, email us with your device model and what happened.

The rewarded ad didn't give my crystals.
Ads need a stable internet connection and must finish playing to grant the reward. If it fails repeatedly, let us know your device and iOS version.

How do I turn off ad personalization?
On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (and Apple Advertising). See our Privacy Policy for details.

I want my data deleted.
SLAB has no account and stores game data only on your device — deleting the app removes it. For anything handled by our analytics/ad providers, email us and we'll help with a request.
